About Me
I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. What I do now is not just a job for me, it's my passion. I truly love what I do and have my own unique teaching method. My main focus is Pilates, Yoga and overall Well-being.

For many years I had weight and emotional challenges and pursuing fitness saved me. I have found my balance and now help my clients find theirs through achieving personal fitness goals and adopting mental stability.

I teach group and private classes online and in person to a global audience. All you need to get started is a mat and yourself.
My Teaching Style
I believe that exercising should be about listening to your body and giving it what it needs so you feel great about yourself.

That is why I focus on getting to know my clients and paying great attention to detail, as sometimes minor changes make the biggest difference.
Getting you into shape and helping you find your balance is what drives me.
